Terms & conditions

These terms govern your use of Quotewell and the Walle service ("the Service"), operated by Stellar AI Sp. z o.o. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. This is a plain-language template and should be reviewed by your own counsel before launch.

1. The Service

Quotewell helps you read requests for quotation, match parts to vendors, and draft quotes. Walle produces drafts for human review. You are responsible for checking and approving every quote before it is sent to a customer.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• Only submit content you have the right to submit, and use the Service lawfully.
• Review drafts for accuracy — prices, availability, and vendor suitability — before relying on or sending them.

3. Fees, billing & cancellation

Any fees for the Service are agreed with you before they apply and billed on the terms set out at that time. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Where the Service is provided at no charge, it is provided as-is.

4. Accuracy & no warranty

Walle uses AI and third-party data sources, which can be incomplete or wrong. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Because every quote is reviewed by you before sending, you remain responsible for what you send to your customers.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellar AI Sp. z o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms or the Service. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
