Quotewell ("Quotewell", "Talk to Walle", "we", "us"), operated by Stellar AI Sp. z o.o., respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what choices you have. It is a plain-language summary and should be reviewed by your own counsel before relying on it.

1. Information we collect

We collect what you give us directly — your name, email, company, and any message you send through the contact form — and basic technical information from your browser (IP address, user agent, referrer) for security and analytics. If you use the product, we also process the RFQs, attachments, vendor lists, and pricing you submit so that Walle can draft quotes for you.

2. How we use it

• To provide the service — reading RFQs, matching vendors, and drafting quotes on your behalf.
• To reply to your enquiry and follow up about your account.
• To improve the website and the product, and to detect abuse.
• To meet our legal obligations (tax, accounting, regulatory requests).

3. Your content stays yours

The RFQs, attachments, vendor directories, and pricing you put into Quotewell are yours. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train public or third-party AI models. They are processed only to deliver the service to you.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small set of vetted processors to operate Quotewell — for example cloud hosting and bot mitigation, transactional email, AI model providers used under data-protection terms, and a booking tool. We do not share your data for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Account and product data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Contact-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and you may object to certain processing. Write to hello@talktowalle.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Cookies

The marketing site does not use advertising cookies. Strictly-necessary cookies may be set for security and, when signed in, to keep you logged in.
