Quotewell · powered by Walle

Every RFQ, quoted in minutes.

Walle reads each inbound request for quote, pulls the parts, finds the vendors and prices, and drafts the reply in your voice. You just hit send. The most lovable tool for anyone who handles RFQs.

How Walle works

From inbox to quote in three steps.

01

Walle reads the RFQ

Forward the email or drop in the PDF, Excel, or photo. Walle pulls every part number, quantity, and spec — even from messy threads and scanned attachments.

02

It finds the parts & prices

Walle matches each line to the right vendor from your directory, and searches the web for the rest — pulling source pages and prices so you are not hunting across tabs.

03

You get a draft quote

A ready-to-send reply in your voice, with parts, suggested vendors, and sources attached. Drafts, not auto-sends — you stay in control and just hit send.

The problem

RFQs are where good teams lose their day.

Every request means the same grind: open the email, decode the part numbers, hunt for a vendor, copy a price, write a polite reply. Ten to fifteen minutes each — and half the volume is the same handful of items you have quoted a dozen times. Walle takes that middle off your plate.

What Walle does

Everything the boring part of quoting needs.

Reads any RFQ format

Email body, PDF, Excel, Word, CSV, or a photo of a parts list. Walle pulls the part numbers, quantities, and specs — even from scanned or messy attachments.

Vendor & price matching

Each line is matched to the right supplier from your directory first, then searched on the web for the rest — with source pages and prices attached.

Drafts in your voice

A complete, polite reply written the way your team writes — parts, suggested vendors, and sources included. You review and send.

Sits on top of your stack

No rip-and-replace. Walle adds a layer to the inbox, helpdesk, or CRM you already live in. Live in days, not a quarter.

30+ languages

Reads RFQs and drafts quotes in the customer’s language. Walle is a quiet polyglot, so cross-border requests stop being a bottleneck.

See what it saves

Track how many RFQs Walle drafts, how much time it gives back, and where the genuinely hard cases are — so your people focus there.

They talk about it

Built to be the tool people actually love.

“We were quoting forty RFQs a day between three of us and still falling behind. Walle drafts the repeat ones before I’ve finished my coffee — I check the price and send. It gave me my afternoons back.”
Marisol R. · Inside Sales · Industrial distribution
“The part-number lookups were the soul-crushing part of the job. Now there’s a draft waiting with the vendor and a source link already attached. The first week it paid for itself.”
Darren K. · Quoting Manager · MRO supplier
“Half our requests come in Spanish or Portuguese and used to sit in a pile until someone had time. Walle reads them and drafts the reply in the same language. Our response time stopped being an apology.”
Élodie M. · Customer Service Lead · Parts exporter
“I’ve seen “AI” tools that make more work. This one didn’t. It sits on top of our helpdesk, the customer still gets a person — just a faster one. First tool my team actually asked to keep.”
Tom B. · Operations · Equipment dealer
FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

How do I get started?
Book a 30-minute call and bring one real RFQ. We will run it through Walle live and show you the draft that comes back — then set you up if it is a fit.
Do I have to change my email, CRM, or helpdesk?
No. Walle sits on top of the inbox, helpdesk, or CRM you already use and adds a draft to the request. Nothing to migrate, nothing for customers to notice.
How does Walle find vendors and prices?
It matches each part against your own vendor directory first. For anything you do not already source, it runs a web search, pulls the supplier page, and attaches the source link and price to the draft.
Does it send replies automatically?
No — drafts, not auto-sends. A person reviews and sends every quote. As you build trust you can turn on more automation, but the human stays in control by default.
Is my data safe?
Your RFQs, vendor lists, and pricing stay yours. They are not used to train public models, and everything moves over encrypted connections. You can delete your data on request.
Is there a long contract?
No long contracts to handle a workflow that is supposed to save you time. You can step away whenever you like.

Quote your next RFQ in minutes, not hours.

Book a call, bring one real RFQ, and watch Walle draft the quote. No rip-and-replace — it sits on top of the inbox you already use.
